While the seminar provides 21 key cultural fit questions, the seminar goes beyond providing clients with simply providing important cultural fit questions since that singular approach will not enable clients to mastering cross-culture interviewing.

The seminar identifies identifies, explain, and provides solutions to other very important areas a client must becoming skilled at to determine if a culturally-different candidate is a good fit.

Examples include the 8 areas of being a culturally-fit candidate; how to prepare for cross-cultural interviewing; and what type of questions are where mistakes and/or misunderstandings occur during cross-cultural interviewing.
