To build a successful relationship with someone from one of these 190 different cultures, you need to understand the unconscious biases of their culture. Their mindset and behavior is powerfully controlled by their dominate unconscious biases.
If you are from the USA or Canada, equally important is for you to be self-aware of your Western Culture unconscious biases.
If you do not understand and adapt to the unconscious biases of a culturally-different person, you will unintentionally demonstrate to them that you are ignoring/avoiding their cultural predispositions and preferences. They will tend to dismiss you as someone who only want to do things “your way”.
