Equally important is for you to be self-aware of the unconscious biases of your generation.

Rather, you will mistakenly try to develop a relationship with them according to your “Generational Comfort Zone” since that is the only generation you really understand. That can be a huge mistake since they will conclude you cannot relate to them.
