Our training focus on understanding Native American Peoples from their perceptions rather than trying to understood them from the “outside” perceptions of mainstream Americans since that provides a significantly better understanding of Native American Peoples.

Native American Peoples in the USA have cultures which are very different than the culture of the USA’s mainstream society.

It is important to understand the many cultural differences and ”cultural gaps” of these two societies and how to overcome cultural differences which limit your success collaborating with, and inclusiveness of, Native American peoples.

The Native American peoples in the USA consist of eight distinct Groups: Northwest Coast; California; Plateau; Great Basin; Southwest; Great Plains; Northeast; and Southeast Native Americans. The different tribes in each Group have a wide diversity of cultures including their values, beliefs, language, ceremonies, traditions, and the guiding insights they derive from their spiritual world.

Our seminar provides a solid understanding of a variety of important Native American peoples topics including the their core values, beliefs, perspectives, and other cultural frames of reference; the differences between Native American cultures and the USA’s mainstream culture; how to overcome the “cultural gaps” and differences between both societies; and the Best Workplace Inclusiveness Practices to implement with Native American employees.

We would be glad to customize our presentation to meet your specific requirements.
